1. Who We Are

We are Monet Zamora Coaching, a Texas-based company in the United States, offering personalized fitness and nutrition coaching through the “Pilates x Strength by Monet” app.

2. How To Contact Us

We are here to help. If you need to contact us for any reason, please use the chat function in the “Pilates x Strength by Monet” app. If you are unable to reach us through the app, you may contact us via email at info@monetzamora.com.

By filling out the form on our website or signing up for our coaching services, you agree that we, along with our representatives and business partners, may contact you regarding our coaching services.

3. Ordering Coaching Services

Orders for paid coaching services are processed via our third-party payment provider, Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), and are subject to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy, accessible at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa, and any other applicable agreements Stripe may require. Your exact payment terms and dates will depend on the specific services that you signed up for, as reflected in your order confirmation.

4. Cancellation And Commitment Terms

4.1 Minimum Commitment Period

When you sign up for our coaching services, you agree to a minimum commitment period as outlined in your agreement. Your commitment to this period is binding, and the full term must be fulfilled.

4.2 How to Cancel Your Membership

You may request to cancel your membership by providing us with at least 30 days’ written notice. The preferred method for submitting your cancellation request is through the messenger function within the “Pilates x Strength by Monet” app. If for any reason you cannot access the app, you may send your cancellation notice via email to info@monetzamora.com.

4.3 Early Termination

If you wish to terminate your contract before the end of your minimum commitment period, you may do so by paying 50% of the remaining balance of the commitment period as of the day your cancellation notice is received.

4.4 Medical Exceptions

Requests for cancellation or pause due to medical necessity will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required, and approval is at the sole discretion of Monet Zamora Coaching.

4.5 Post-Commitment Period

Once the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled, you may cancel your membership by providing 30 days’ written notice through the app or via email. Your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until it is canceled.

5. Setup Fees

Any setup fees or initial costs associated with onboarding are non-refundable. These fees cover the administrative and setup processes required to tailor our services to your needs.

6. Use of the “PILATES X STRENGTH BY MONET” app

To access our coaching services, you must download the “Pilates x Strength by Monet” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The terms governing your use of the app can be found within the app itself. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any app-specific terms, these terms shall control.

7. Modifications To Terms

Monet Zamora Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the app and will be effective immediately upon posting.
